Lay Leader Program (LLP)

The Lay Leader Program (LLP) is designed to provide a year of seminary level classes for lay leaders in ministry. This may be a person serving a small church that is unable to have a full time or fully ordained pastor. This training would also be for a lay person leading a variety of ministries in or through a local church. The requirements for an LLP Certificate include: all seven Foundations courses, two Integrative Core courses, one Gathering, one Ministry Essentials course, and one Mentored Ministry/Field Education Practicum or Internship. (For those in ECO seeking to be Certified Commissioned Lay Pastors, our LLP training provides the foundational education required for these positions. This program is only a part of the ECO CLP Certification.)
